About Dirtbag
Meet Dirtbag! Yes, you read that right. His name is Dirtbag, but we promise this boy is anything BUT! A few years ago, Dirtbag showed up on someone's front porch in heartbreaking condition. He was severely underweight, covered in fleas and ticks, and desperately needed someone to give him a chance. Thankfully, he found just that. What started as a hungry, neglected cat turned into years of love and an incredible bond. Dirtbag has one of the loudest purrs you'll ever hear, showcasing his appreciation for affection. He adores cuddling and will curl up with his favorite person at night. He isn't discreet about his love for the outdoors either, happily rolling in the grass and dirt. Previously, he enjoyed his independence through a microchip-activated cat door, allowing him to explore freely. Unfortunately, a new canine family member created an unsafe environment for Dirtbag. His family made the heartbreaking decision to find him a home where he can feel safe and happy again, understanding his adventurous spirit. Dirtbag does best in a dog-free home, especially away from those with strong prey drives. His ideal family will provide him with enrichment and safe outdoor opportunities, either through an enclosed yard or catio. Despite adjusting to indoor life, heโs perfectly litter trained and loves being adoredโjust skip the belly rubs! He can bring familiar items like his cat tree and toys to help him settle into a new space. Dirtbag needs a loving home where he can thrive and be the lucky companion he was meant to be. Could you be Dirtbag's next happily ever after? What are you waiting for? Apply today!
