About Kahlua McKenzie

Kahlua McKenzie is a stunning long-haired black cat, born around April 2024. Rescued from the streets by a dedicated 4 Paws volunteer in Hyattsville, Maryland, she’s now on the lookout for her forever home. With a penchant for snuggling, Kahlua could easily be called Snugglebug. When bedtime comes, she seeks out her favorite spot next to your head for some cozy cuddles. After these intimate moments, she enjoys a little snack and a romp with her toys. By day, Kahlua is calm and independent, showcasing excellent house manners. She keeps her scratching to her designated pad and maintains a litter box that stays tidy. Kahlua is confident and does well with gentle dogs, but she prefers to be the sole feline queen of her domain, as she does not get along with other cats. Her gorgeous, shiny coat means she loves grooming time, enjoying plenty of brushes and attention from her people. Kahlua is fully vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, and has tested negative for FeLV/FIV. Local adoptions only will be considered in the Northern VA/DC/MD metropolitan area.
