While we may never know what her life looked like before rescue, one thing is certain: she is absolutely loving life as a pampered lap dog! Her foster family describes her as the ultimate cuddle companion. Her favorite place in the entire world? Curled up on her foster dad’s lap! He works from home, and she is perfectly content spending the entire workday snuggled up with him. As far as she’s concerned, there’s no better job than being someone’s personal lap warmer! A Little More About This Sweet Girl: Dog-Friendly: She does wonderfully sharing her space with other dogs! She hasn’t shown much interest in playing just yet, but she happily relaxes right beside them. As she becomes more comfortable, her playful personality may begin to shine. Cat-Friendly: She has been around cats and couldn’t be less bothered! Even during a close introduction, she showed no reaction. She’s perfectly happy peacefully coexisting with her feline friends. Children: She appears comfortable around children in general, although we believe a home with older, respectful children would be the best fit. Because she’s so tiny and still adjusting to her new surroundings, a calmer environment where her boundaries are respected would help her feel secure. Leash Manners: She does well walking on a leash and enjoys getting out and about! Crate Training: While she will go into her crate, it’s not her favorite place. She’s still adjusting to spending time in one and occasionally has overnight accidents. Potty Training: She’s making good progress with house training but isn’t quite 100% there yet. A consistent routine and a little patience will help her continue improving. Professional Snuggler: This girl deserves an award for her cuddling abilities! She’s happiest when she’s close to her people, especially when there’s a warm lap available. Her Ideal Forever Home This little sweetheart would thrive in a home where she can enjoy plenty of affection, companionship, and quality lap time.
