Meet Spalding! At 2 years old, Spalding is an affectionate ball of sweetness in a soft, furry package. He enjoys under-the-chin scratches, cheek rubs, and belly rubs—as well as good food and vocalizing his thoughts (although that might change a bit after neutering!). Spalding also excels in litter box manners and is a remarkably easygoing companion. He handles being picked up, entering a carrier, and even vet trips like a pro. Though he loves to chat at home, he transforms into a quiet traveler during car rides. Cautious by nature, Spalding takes his time to warm up in new environments. While he may initially hide, he quickly transforms into a cuddly snuggler once he feels safe. Remarkably, he has never swatted or bitten in our care. While we haven’t assessed his interactions with dogs, children, or other cats yet, we believe he would thrive in a quieter home with secure hiding spots and plenty of humans ready to serve as dedicated petting machines.
