Meet Millie! Millie is a precious 2-year-old weighing just 9 pounds. She’s new to rescue and still a little shy as she learns that the world can be a safe and loving place. With patience, kindness, and a little time, Millie is sure to blossom into a wonderful companion. She’s looking for someone who understands that the sweetest friendships sometimes take a little time to grow. Could you be the special person Millie is waiting for? Please apply at tzuzoorescue.com if you are interested in adopting from Tzu Zoo Rescue. More information available by contacting tzrinquiries@tzuzoorescue.com. [NOTE: We are a rescue NOT a shelter, meaning WE DO NOT HAVE A FACILITY THAT OPENS TO THE PUBLIC. Typically, an application and home visit (both of which are required for adoption) MUST be completed, BEFORE a potential adopter will be introduced to one of our pets, in order to first determine that our basic adoption requirements are met, prior to introductions being made. We also utilize personal reference and vet checks (to ensure that any pets already in the potential adoptive home are current on vaccines, heart worm prevention and sterilized) in our adoption process, all of which is intended to ensure that the best match, between pet and people, is made. The adoption fee is based on on the dog's age.
