MEET LUCY! STATS: 1 year old, spayed, Staffy Mix, 40 lbs AFFECTION/ENERGY LEVEL: Hi, I’m Lucy and I am a sweet, dainty angel baby! Though I might be a little shy at first, I am the most loving little lady and I am super affectionate. I love to play and get the zoomies when running outside with my dog friends! I love spending time with people and dogs - you will laugh non-stop once you see my goofy side! WHAT I LOVE: I love to go on walks and hang out with other dogs, but my most favorite thing is sitting next to my people and getting pets. I am such a lovebug, so I soak up every chance I get to spend quality time with my people! I really enjoy walking around the yard and frolicking with the other pups! KIDS: While I haven’t been formally tested with kids at the shelter, the staff thinks I would do well with calm older kids that are gentle with me and understand that I can be a little timid. OTHER DOGS: I enjoy playing with other dogs! I go to playgroup here at the shelter every day! CATS: Unknown HER MATCH: I am such a sweet little baby girl! I just need someone who will be patient with me and allow me to warm up. Once I do, you will see that my smile NEVER stops. I get SO excited to see my friends every day that sometimes I trip over my own feet! I would do wonderfully with another dog to play with! SPECIAL NOTE: I have the most unique coat – come meet me and I will show you!
