MEET BARNEY! Barney is a 6-month-old sweetheart who is ready to find his forever family! Barney was dumped as just a baby and was found alongside his buddy Fred. Thankfully, these boys are getting their second chance at the life they deserve! Barney weighs 30.6 lbs, a German Shorthaired Pointer Mix. He is neutered, and is up to date on vaccinations and preventatives. This handsome boy loves people and his furry friends! He's still learning about cats and understanding that they need their personal space. Barney does great on a leash and absolutely loves running around a fenced-in yard, playing with his friends. He enjoys car rides, too! He's still getting used to new places, but this smart boy is catching on quickly. He's doing well with crate training and stays clean for shorter periods. He's still learning to hold it for longer stretches. Barney is just a baby with so much life ahead of him. We can't wait to see what his future holds His $500 adoption fee covers medical care up to adoption to include vaccines, neuter, microchip, foster care and transportation from Louisiana to NY. He is in La at this time.
