Swedish Fish
AvailableSwedish Fish is a small female terrier mix, still a baby at heart. Though she is not yet house trained, she is spayed and ready for her forever home. While specific weight details are unknown, her petite size makes her an ideal companion for those seeking a small dog. Currently located in Santa Cruz, CA, she is looking for someone patient to help her learn and grow.
About Swedish Fish
Meet Swedish Fish, the charming black and white terrier mix. This little one was rescued by a good Samaritan, who found her running alongside five other dogs. Now at the shelter, Swedish Fish is still adjusting to her new surroundings. While she may bark and seem cautious around unfamiliar people, she opens up with patience and love. Swedish Fish is currently learning important life skills, including potty training and leash manners. Positive reinforcement training will help her grow and strengthen the bond with her new family. She has interacted with other dogs at the shelter, showing some preferences when it comes to sharing toys and treats, especially in tighter spaces. A careful meet and greet with other pets in the home is recommended, though she may enjoy a canine friend. There’s no known history with cats or children. Swedish Fish is available for pre-adoption, so come meet her, share some love, and take her home after her spay surgery. Every dog adoption includes “Pawsitivity Bucks,” giving you a $200 training voucher to help you and your new canine companion start off on the right paw! What are you waiting for? Apply today!
