About Athena is our goddess

Meet Athena, a young momma cat who has experienced a lot in her short life. At around 11-13 months old, she was discovered with her tiny kittens in a remote Kentucky shelter. Fortunately, a rescue stepped in quickly, bringing them to a loving environment. Now, Athena thrives in a home filled with little girls and dogs, showering them all with affection. This sweet and playful girl loves cuddles, kisses, and Purrs. Despite her past, she’s blossomed into a loving companion, perfect for providing warmth and comfort. Keep in mind, she does not get along with other cats, making her ideal for a family wanting a solo feline. Adoptive families with members under 23 must have a guardian apply. Athena is fully vetted, spayed, vaccinated, and ready for her forever home. She’s based in Bedford Hills, NY, and is waiting for someone special like you to welcome her into their life.
