About Star
Star is a delightful dog who brings smiles effortlessly. At just 10 months old, she carries the heart of a true warrior. Having triumphed over distemper as a young pup, she now bounces with a quirky charm. One of her hind legs moves in a constant tap, a result of nerve damage, which adds to her unique character. This young lady is house trained and crate trained, and she's learning to embrace walks in new places. Shyness can mark her interactions, especially with unfamiliar faces, but she finds comfort in her crate and thrives with a routine that offers encouragement. Star will do best with a calm and patient adopter who can help her navigate new experiences. A playful, loving dog, she adores playing with other dogs and engages in wrestling and running around the yard. While she enjoys cuddling, she also benefits from learning to be independently confident. Star's ideal home would include calm adults, another playful dog, and opportunities for her to grow in confidence in new environments. With the right support, she will undoubtedly continue to shine and spread joy.
