Previously, he lived in one household all his life and is now trying to adjust to shelter life without his family. This sensitive and sweet pup has a lot of affection to give and would thrive in an environment where he can learn indoor dog skills. One of our volunteers noted how he flourished during walks, often staying close and enjoying gentle rubs instead of treats. Bubba did well sharing his kennel and has shown he can get along with other dogs. He seems to take cues from them and might benefit from a confident canine companion to help him settle into his new life. Since arriving, Bubba has lost some weight and is experiencing stress; he needs a nurturing setting where he can relax and receive the love he craves.
