About Manny
Meet Manny! This gentle giant believes he is a lap dog. Manny, a 2-year-old English Mastiff, is ready to transform your home into his personal playground. His goofy charm shines through as he plays with toys, enjoys splashing around in water, and especially loves his soccer ball. Manny is housetrained, doesnβt chew on belongings, and his food motivation makes training easy as pie. He knows a few basic commands but has a playful side; one minute he's a bundle of energy and the next, he's a couch potato ready to unwind. Manny is super friendly and gets along with other dogs. However, his excitement and size can be a bit overwhelming at times. Heβs strong and is still learning to manage his jumping, which is why he needs an experienced handler who can enforce boundaries. Currently, Manny is on medication for his ears, which need some extra care. He enjoys being handled, but the ear meds do cause him discomfort. For that reason, he is available for foster-to-adopt until he recovers, after which he can be adopted. Manny can be met by appointment only; be sure to apply via our website first. After your application is approved, reach out to schedule a visit anytime from 11am to 4pm, Tuesday through Sunday. Could this giant be the missing piece in your home?
