Meet Cinnamon: Cinnamon has had a tough few months, but this sweet girl is ready for her happily-ever-after! She was abandoned, found herself pregnant, and raised her puppies in a shelter before finally making her way to Rochester, NY. After everything she’s been through, it’s her turn to be spoiled, loved, and settled into a home of her own! And let me tell you, Cinnamon is an amazing dog! She is house-trained, wonderful with everyone, great on walks, and respectful in the home. She's the kind of girl who makes having a dog look easy! Cinnamon has two favorite pastimes: keeping an eye on the neighborhood from her favorite spot in the yard and getting out to explore! She loves lounging outside, watching the neighbors and taking in everything happening around her. She's also happy to hit the pavement and can walk miles around the neighborhood. She's even enjoyed a few outings to the canal, where she soaked up all the attention, sights, and interesting smells along the way! Because of her past, Cinnamon does struggle with some separation anxiety, which can make being crated difficult for her. We believe that as she settles in and learns that she's finally home for good, having a family she can trust and count on will help her feel safe and secure. Cinnamon would do best with a family that has a predictable schedule or can include her in their daily activities. She has so much love to give and is ready to find the people who will show her that the hard part of her story is behind her. She's done raising her puppies. Now it's time for someone to take care of her! This dog is being fostered in Rochester, NY, by Rescued Treasures Pet Adoptions.
