While she can take a little time to warm up to new people, once she decides you're her friend, you're her best friend for life. She has such a sweet, affectionate personality and genuinely loves being around those she trusts. Maggie absolutely loves playing with her siblings and isn't shy about seeking out affection when she's feeling a little lonely. She's the type of girl who will happily remind you when she thinks she's overdue for some attention. And if giving kisses were an Olympic sport, Maggie would bring home the gold medal every single time! Maggie is fully vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, heartworm negative and up to date on all preventative medications. She is currently enrolled in an 8 week professional board and train program focusing on advanced on leash and off leash obedience training. This program is designed to strengthen her confidence, improve her manners and provide her with a solid foundation for success in her future home. As an added benefit, her adopter will receive a 90 minute virtual session with her trainer to go over everything Maggie has learned, how to maintain her training and how to help her transition successfully into her new home. Maggie's adoption fee has been completely waived for an approved home. Our priority is finding her a family that understands the importance of continuing her training, providing structure and giving her the patience and consistency she deserves. Adopters can be located anywhere in the United States but must be willing to travel to Mississippi to complete the adoption. For approved adopters located in South Carolina, transportation may be possible. The first step in adopting Maggie is submitting an adoption application. Once your application has been reviewed, we will contact you regarding approval and the next steps. We do not operate on a first come, first served basis. Our goal is to find the home that is the best possible fit for Maggie and her individual needs. Maggie is an incredibly affectionate girl with so much love to give.
