Stan the Man is a 2-year-old, 58-pound pit bull looking for a loving home where he can relax outside the shelter. He may be a little unsure when first meeting someone, but he quickly warms up, approaches with a wagging tail, and has allowed handling without issue. He is easy to leash and walks out of his kennel willingly. His adopter should be comfortable handling a strong dog and helping him practice his leash manners. Medically, he is doing well and has been dealing with shelter stress well. While walking through the kennel areas, Stan remained relaxed and ignored the other dogs he passed.
