Sonar is a small, male Pit Bull Terrier puppy currently in Boston, MA. He is altered and has not yet been housetrained. Although we don't have his exact birth date, Sonar's playful nature and eagerness to learn make him a fun companion.

About Sonar

Sonar is a young lad who joined us as a stray, so his history is a bit of a mystery. It’s likely he missed out on some essential early lessons, so expect to start housetraining from scratch. He’s a quick learner, especially when treats are involved. Sonar knows how to use his mouth to ask for goodies and affection but will benefit from guidance on polite ways to seek attention. He enjoys cozy blankets and bully sticks and can keep himself entertained with toys. While he thrives in a playful environment, he does get nervous with sudden surprises in his surroundings, so a gentle adopter who can help him adjust at his own pace would be ideal. Sonar has shown he can play well with other dogs, although his exuberant style might not suit every pup. We recommend a meet-and-greet with any potential doggie friends before finalizing adoption.
