Cedar is ready to travel to a community that will truly cherish her as a family member. She is currently in Oklahoma at our rescue. Because we want her transition to be as smooth as possible, we arrange direct-to-adopter transport to specific cities (listed below!). Adoptions are finalized in advance so that Cedar can hop off the transport and right into your waiting arms. We stand by our pups for life. In the rare event it isn't a perfect match, Cedar is never without a safety net; she will simply return to our care in Oklahoma on the next available transport until her perfect home is found. Meet Cedar! Age: 5 months old (as of November 5) Gender: Female Breed Mix: Possible Terrier / Cattle Dog Mix Size: Currently around 30 lbs (projected to be a medium-sized dog) Cedar is an adorable young pup who is ready to find her forever family! She and her five siblings were found abandoned on the side of the road out in the country a few months ago. Since coming into rescue, she has proven to be a resilient, sweet-natured girl. (Fun fact: all of her siblings look wildly different, making her unique mix a cute little mystery!) Personality & Highlights: Playful & Friendly: Cedar has a wonderful, happy puppy energy and loves engaging with everyone around her. Leash & Crate Trained: She does great walking on a leash and handles her crate time fine! Great with Other Dogs: Cedar gets along wonderfully with other dogs and loves having canine playmates around. Kids & Cats: Because she is so young and adaptable, we don't anticipate any issues with cats or kids in her new home! Ready to Learn: While she isn't fully housebroken just yet, she is a bright girl who will catch on quickly with a consistent routine. If you are looking for a sweet, fun-loving puppy to grow with your family, Cedar is ready to wiggle her way into your heart!
