Lea is a beautiful 5+ year old 114 lb female Harlequin Great Dane with a striking appearance and an equally strong personality. This resilient girl was rescued off the streets in South Texas and has come a long way since her rescue. She was recently spade and is doing wonderfully. Lea is an independent, confident dog who knows what she likes and isn't afraid to show it. She forms strong bonds with her people but appreciates having her own space and routine. Because of her size, strength, and self-assured nature, Lea will do best in a single dog home with an experienced dog owner who understands giant breeds and can provide consistent leadership and structure. Lea is looking for a home where she can be the only pet, allowing her to receive all the attention and care she deserves. She thrives when she doesn't have to share her space and would be happiest as the queen of her castle. If you're searching for a loyal companion with a big heart, a majestic presence, and a unique personality, Lea may be the perfect match. She is ready to leave her difficult past behind and begin the next chapter of her life with a family who will love and appreciate her for the amazing dog she is. Lea is currently being fostered in South Texas. All of our pups come with a health certificate, including a negative reading for the New World Screwworm. *Transport is available to any approved adopter within the contiguous states.
