Meet Freddy! This approximately 2 year old cockapoo was found as a stray in Mt Vernon terribly matted and filthy. Seems like he spent most of his time locked away and not cared for. He has since been shaved and he is a whole new dog. Sweet and friendly, Freddy is ready for the next chapter in his life. He does well with other dogs and has been friendly with everyone he meets!
