Meet Domi – A Golden Boy Deserving of a Golden Retirement! Domi is a handsome 9-year-old Golden Retriever with a heart full of love and a beautiful soul. This sweet senior gentleman is searching for a forever family who will make his golden years the happiest years of his life! Domi’s story is bittersweet. After his beloved owner passed away during COVID, his family was no longer able to care for him. Having lived his entire life as an outdoor patio dog, Domi has never truly experienced the comfort of being part of a family inside a home. Now, he’s finally getting the chance to discover what he’s been missing. Despite his past, Domi is an incredibly sweet, calm, and gentle boy who absolutely adores human companionship. He’s wonderful with children, loves going on walks, and is happiest when he’s right by your side. He’s the definition of a “shadow dog” and would make the perfect companion for someone looking for a loyal, affectionate, and easygoing best friend. At 9 years young, Domi is past the puppy chaos and ready to enjoy the simple pleasures in life: leisurely walks, cozy naps, belly rubs, and spending quality time with his favorite humans. Since Domi has spent most of his life outdoors, he’ll need a patient and loving family willing to help him adjust to indoor living. But with his gentle personality and loving heart, we believe he’ll quickly discover just how wonderful being a cherished family member can be. Domi’s dream home is one where he’ll never have to sleep outside again. A home with a soft bed, plenty of affection, and a family who will love him unconditionally. Domi isn’t looking for anything extravagant. He just wants to belong. Let’s make Domi’s golden years his BEST years!
