Sprig is spayed and vaccinated, and despite her special needs due to a heart condition, she's affectionate and friendly. About Sprig

Sprig is a special senior beagle who has faced many challenges in her life. At over 10 years old, she was used for hunting and lived outside until she came to us in mid-September. During her spay, it was discovered she has a high-grade heart murmur and, following an ultrasound, we found she’s in the early stages of heart failure. This means she needs a loving home where her health can be managed with care. Despite her circumstances, Sprig is adjusting well to life indoors. She will thrive in a home where her adopter can ensure she gets regular potty breaks and outdoor time, as she has never lived indoors before. Sprig is also wonderful with other pets and children; she gets along with both cats and dogs. With a gentle and affectionate nature, she has a lot of love to give.
