Meet Rebel, a playful 1-year-old who loves chase games and seems to enjoy the company of other dogs. From our volunteer observations, she appears social and actively engages in play with her canine friends. Rebel can pull on leash when she gets excited, especially when she spots another dog she'd like to greet.
