Meet JOE, a sweet 2-year-old guy who enjoys a calm and social approach to making friends! From our volunteer observations, Joe seems to be friendly with other dogs and takes his time warming up to new playmates in group settings. He's affectionate with people, greeting them with a wagging tail and enjoys head scratches and giving kisses. Come meet Joe today!
