Toby is in need of a rescue, foster, or adopter willing to provide the medical care and support he needs. This boy has several ongoing medical concerns, including damaged cartilage in his left ear, lenticular sclerosis in both eyes, and generalized chronic skin disease causing severe itching, hair loss, thickened and darkened skin, and irritation. He also has a mass beneath the skin on his left hip that will require further evaluation. Toby will need continued veterinary care, monitoring, and treatment to help manage his skin condition and address his other medical concerns. He deserves the opportunity to receive the care he needs in a safe, stable environment where he can be comfortable and loved. Please help us find someone willing to step up for Toby.
