Meet Captain, a 3-year-old boy who seems to be laid-back and social with other dogs based on our volunteer observations. He knows sit, walks well on a leash, and appears to enjoy engaging and playing with his canine friends. Captain can be curious about his surroundings and may whine when he hears other dogs barking.
