Jasmine is a very Jazzy girl! She’s spent most of her life in a shelter, so she’s still learning how to dog, but she’s a quick learner and eager to please. She’s been in a home for around 3 months now, coexisting with cats and another dog. She’s also regularly around horses and a donkey and has been appropriate with every species she’s met. She’s 40-pound, 11-month-old girl with an estimated birthday: December 1st. Jazzy is a very high energy girl who loves to play with other dogs. She plays on the rougher side and uses her whole body in play, but she’s been good with dogs of all sizes. She LOVES car rides, has been on a cross-country camping trip, and even does well in a tent. She’s always ready for the next adventure! Jazzy would do well in a home with another dog to entertain her, but she could also be happy as an only dog with plenty of attention, exercise, and stimulation. She can be a little anxious when left alone and may protest for a few minutes after being left. She wants to be with her human as much as possible and loves to snuggle. She currently sleeps in a kennel at night but would absolutely thrive in a home where she’s allowed in bed with her human! Jazzy is being rehomed because the cats in her current home are extremely sensitive to her presence. She does not chase or hunt the cats in any way, but they have developed physical signs of stress, so finding Jazzy a better-suited home is the best option for everyone. She needs lots of exercise, does well on a leash, and would make a fantastic running or adventure buddy. Jazzy understands that she should go outside to potty, but she doesn’t always know how to ask to go out. Rehoming fee: $200 Jazzy is being fostered in Rochester, MN.
