About Opal

Opal is an 8-month-old female spayed kitten who came to the shelter in September with a traumatic open fracture of her right hip. She’s currently comfortable and bearing weight on her leg, showing only minimal lameness. Recent x-rays show significant healing at the fracture site with no signs of infection. Although amputation might be necessary down the line if her situation worsens, she remains in good spirits and is ready for adoption. Opal is looking for a loving home where she can thrive. Consider giving her the chance she deserves!
