Estimated Birthdate: 05/22/2024 Breed: He looks like a tiny lab/terrier mix! Weight: 29lbs Adoption fee: $175 - Cleo’s Legacy is hosting a half off adoption special through the end of November in the hopes of getting as many furbabies into forever homes before the holiday’s! Waldo is a sweet little guy with a calm nature and a whole lot of love to give! He's dog-friendly, but don't let that fool you into thinking he's looking for a wrestling buddy. Waldo is more of a grumpy old man at heart and isn't particularly interested in playing with other dogs. He would prefer a super calm canine companion who respects his personal space, or he would be perfectly happy being the only furbaby in the home! Waldo is SUPER affectionate and would much rather spend his days curled up on the couch, soaking up attention, and enjoying the simple things in life. He's also good on a leash and has lovely manners, including respecting personal boundaries. He's looking for a peaceful home where he can relax, be loved, and shower his family with affection. Could you be Waldo's savior and give this sweet boy the cozy, loving home he's dreaming of? WALDO NEEDS A FOSTER! Waldo is currently residing in a shelter in Kentucky and is set to arrive to Downers Grove on 11/14 but he is in need of a foster or foster to adopt home! Please read below for more information! Not sure if Waldo is the perfect fit for your family? Try FOSTER-TO-ADOPT! We know bringing a new dog into your family is a big decision, and we want to help you find the most perfect match! Our foster-to-adopt program gives you 7 days to bring Waldo home and see how he fits into your family, routine, and lifestyle. If everything goes well and you fall in love with him (which we have a feeling you will!), you can officially adopt him! If you realize he isn't the right fit for your family, that's completely okay, too! You can return him to us or even explore fostering or adopting another furbaby who may be a better match. We pride ourselves on having a 0% return rate and want to do everything we can to ensure every dog finds the right forever home! Interested in trying foster-to-adopt with Waldo?
