Meet Wren! This beautiful white American Staffordshire girl has a heart just waiting for the right person to discover. When Wren first arrived, the world felt like a pretty scary place. It took her several weeks to decompress and begin to feel safe. But something wonderful has happened along the way. Now that she no longer has to fend for herself and is learning what it means to be loved, Wren is letting her guard down, trusting us, and slowly coming out of her shell. Wren is heartworm positive and is currently undergoing treatment. She's working on getting healthy while dreaming of a home where she can finally settle in and feel secure. We believe Wren would do best as the only dog in the home, where she can enjoy all the love, attention, and devotion her heart desires. After everything she's been through, we think she'd love nothing more than being someone's special girl. Sometimes, the most beautiful transformations happen when a dog finally feels safe enough to trust. Will you be the person who gives Wren that chance and shows her what forever love feels like?
