My friends describe me as: Shy, Quirky, Chill Meet Maggie!! - I am in a foster home, please contact the Brewster Staff to meet me or come meet me at the Brewster Shelter on Fridays during adoption hours! Maggie is looking for a new loving home after her owner passed away. In the shelter she is nervous, but has gotten comfortable enough to show us she is sweet, playful + chill. Her foster reports that she does well when left alone, and is reliable with her potty training. She is also very playful! She loves to play fetch with her squeaky toys - drops them right in your lap or at your feet. She will even play and squeak them on her own. She even knows the word toy and will go get one when you ask her! Her ideal home includes a quiet home with one or two people and no other animals. If you are interested in Maggie, please come see her in Brewster during her visiting hours. Maggie is currently up to date on all vaccinations, has been spayed/neutered, microchipped and seen by our vet team. We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY however, we are unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirements.
