Meet Tova! this sweetheart came to us shut down and afraid after being rescued from a life of abuse, but ready for her second chance at life. During her time in foster care, she has started to show herself to be a beautifully smart, intuitive, and sweetly playful girl. She is incredibly connected to her "person," and will blossom with someone who is ready to be patient and caring with her until they earn her trust. She loves to cuddle and play with toys, coexists happily with a household cat, and is getting braver on walks by the day! If you think you could be the one to give Tova her forever home, reach out to AARF or apply for adoption at arrows.org!
