About Kehlani
Meet Kehlani 💛 Kehlani's journey hasn’t been the smoothest, but you wouldn’t know it from the sweet, loving girl she is today. When she arrived at the rescue over two months ago, she was frightened and under-socialized, wary of leashes, people, and even her food bowl. On top of that, she was battling parvo. Fast forward to now, and it's like watching a little miracle. Kehlani has fully recovered, gained weight, and most importantly, found her confidence. It's heartwarming to see her blossoming. Today, she’s a happy, gentle soul who really enjoys treats, going on hikes, and discovering that meeting new dogs can be wonderful! While she’s generally mellow, she has a playful side that comes out, especially when playing with squeaky toys. A squeaker ball can entertain her for ages before she returns for some affection. Kehlani is incredibly affectionate and sticks by your side once she trusts you. Since she’s food motivated, bonding with her is easier with tasty snacks. She would thrive with a patient family who understands she may need reassurance as she continues to grow. In return, she’ll offer the sweetest companionship and a delightful view of her ongoing transformation. If you’re searching for a resilient, gentle, snack-loving best friend, Kehlani is your girl!
