About Forrest

Meet Forrest! This smart little guy is a mixed breed puppy, currently around 3.5 months old. He has a tricolor coat and weighs between 10-15 lbs. Despite starting life in an irresponsible backyard situation, heโ€™s already mastered basic commands like sit and down. His delightful curiosity and herding tendencies make him a fantastic candidate for activities like scent work. Forrest thrives in a busy foster home filled with other dogs, children, and even cats. Heโ€™s learning to respect spaces while still showing enthusiastic excitement around his feline friends and little humans. Though he loves to play, heโ€™s still a puppy who forgets that those tiny fingers are not chew toys. Forrest is almost house trained and has done exceptionally well with crate training. He sleeps soundly through the night and is working on self-regulation. His ideal home would have another established dog to guide him or be with someone committed to providing consistent training and socialization. An experienced owner is preferred to help him channel his high energy positively. Ready to meet Forrest? Apply today!
