About Luna
Meet Luna – a gentle soul who truly deserves a happily ever after. This beautiful girl is about 2 years old and weighs roughly 60 pounds, with a heart as big as she is. Rescued from an elderly veteran in need, Luna is ready to discover what it means to be a cherished family pet. Currently in a foster home, she lives with children, dogs, and cats, where she’s thriving. Luna can be a bit shy at first, but once she feels comfortable, her sweet and gentle personality shines through. She’s just happy to be safe and loved. We believe Luna would thrive in a quieter home with a relaxed lifestyle—perhaps with a retired couple who enjoys leisurely walks and peaceful afternoons. She truly has the makings of a lap dog, despite her size. We’d love to see her in a home with another confident dog, as having a canine companion gives her comfort during transitions. Though she does well with children, Luna would fare best in a calm, predictable environment without lots of hustle and bustle. She deserves a soft spot to sleep, a gentle hand to love her, and someone patient and affectionate to show her the world. After all she’s been through, don’t you think it’s finally Luna’s turn to be somebody’s everything? Click apply to start the adoption process.
