About Roxy Jo Sponsored Adoption
Roxy Jo wasn’t meant to be here. She was on her way to a crowded shelter with her puppies when a plea for help changed everything. Instead of becoming another statistic, this devoted mama was given a second chance, and she has truly thrived. With her puppies finding families, it’s Roxy Jo’s time to shine. Though we were initially told she was a Lab mix, we’ve discovered Roxy Jo is actually a charming Pit Bull Terrier mix. This short, stocky beauty is bursting with personality, resilience, and a love that fills whatever space she occupies. Roxy Jo gets along well with people of all ages and adores soaking up attention, especially if belly rubs are involved. However, her feelings about cats are quite strong—she’s not a fan. After caring for her pups and enduring more than any dog should, Roxy Jo deserves to be spoiled. She craves a home full of soft beds, hearty meals, long naps, and a family dedicated to reminding her how special she is. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a heart of gold, Roxy Jo can’t wait to meet you. We’re located in Fosters, AL, and offers transportation options to St. Louis, MO, or the Northeast—CT, PA, VT, and anywhere along our route. Must be 21+ to adopt.
