About Aspen
Meet Aspen! This charming beagle and Jack Russell Terrier mix has a special place in our hearts. At around 4 years old, Aspen embodies the perfect mix of playful adventure and cozy companionship. His soft, velvety ears and affectionate nature make him a professional cuddle bug, always ready to curl up beside you or snuggle under the covers at night. Aspen thrives on interaction and is great with both people and dogs. He’s met countless furry friends while in foster care and has shown nothing but friendliness. Although he enjoys playtime, he’s also a proud couch potato who requires opportunities for exploration, like regular walks where he can sniff around and soak up the world. Having experienced some separation anxiety, he will benefit from a family committed to helping him build confidence and independence. Aspen would do well in a home with a friendly, compatible canine companion to share his playful spirit. He's house-trained, and while he’s working on shedding a few extra pounds, he’s on the way to a summer beach body! Aspen’s perfect home will include patience, love, and plenty of activities that allow him to be a part of everyday life.
