Sugar is a 3-4 year old female black Labrador Retriever mix weighing 58 lbs. She has a short coat and has been spayed. Sugar is up to date on her vaccinations and is seeking a home where she can be the only pet, as she appreciates undivided attention.

About Sugar

Sugar is a sweet girl who was found wandering on her own in a rural area of South Carolina. She was discovered alongside a smaller dog, likely abandoned. A kind-hearted couple rescued them and took them to a local vet. While we managed to find a home for the little pup, Sugar has been stuck in boarding since mid-September and is not handling it well. She thrives on human interaction and is looking for a home where she can be the only furry companion. She appreciates the little things—like pets, treats, and a comfy bed—much more than being confined alone with other dogs. Sugar is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, ready to find her forever home. She deserves a chance to experience freedom and love. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
