About Luna

Meet Luna, our longest resident! This adorable Black Lab-Bluetick Coonhound mix has a gentle soul and surprising energy. She loves to chase balls and snuggle with her handlers. Luna is currently on a healthy weight journey, and her future family will play an important role in that through daily walks, playtime, and routine. Luna attends the Animal Therapy Center, where she enjoys hydrotherapy. She's a favorite at the center and does really well during car rides there and back. One important thing to note is that Luna needs to be the only pet in the home. She does not get along with other dogs, but sheโ€™s working on this with our team. Luna thrives on love and commitment, and sheโ€™s one of the most loyal companions you could imagine. If you're ready to provide that, youโ€™ll find sheโ€™s a rewarding friend waiting for her forever family. Luna's adoption fee is a donation of your choice. This includes spaying, up-to-date core vaccines, microchipping, monthly preventions, and deworming. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
