About Roscoe

Roscoe was surrendered because his previous owner had too many dogs and couldn't care for them all. When he first came to us, he was quite skinny and dealing with significant hair loss. Today, he has shown remarkable improvement and is ready for his new home. At about 2-3 years old, Roscoe is a neutered male German Shepherd, microchipped, and fully vaccinated. Weighing in at 56 pounds, he's still gaining some weight. This talkative Shepherd forms strong bonds, especially with people he trusts, like Anthony, our Kennel Technician. If you've owned a Shepherd before, you know how loyal they can be! Roscoe's adoption fee is $60. Feel free to visit us Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm at 1710 S Main St, Stillwater, OK. Just look for the glass door marked 'Animal Welfare.'
