About Boudreaux Buckshot

Meet Boudreaux Buckshot! This 5-year-old, 70-pound American Bulldog/Pit Bull Terrier mix has a charming personality that shines through his tough exterior. Despite his strong look, Boudreaux is a big cuddle bug who would love nothing more than to snuggle up with you at night. Boudreaux is house trained, crate trained, and quickly learns basic commands. He craves attention and enjoys being outdoors but is completely content lounging around too. Finding his place in the world can be a bit challenging; he's wary of strangers and may bark when he meets new people, but with time, he settles down. An experienced owner will help him thrive with consistent boundaries and training. The best home for Boudreaux is a calm, adult household without young children, though older, considerate kids might be okay. He prefers to be the only pet, so you can expect all of his devotion and love. If you’re active and appreciate a big dog with great manners, he’s ready to make you his favorite human. Boudreaux just wants simplicity in life—exercise, trust, and a comfy spot to relax at the end of the day. And yes, he definitely thinks there’s room for both of you in that bed. Boudreaux Buckshot is looking for someone who enjoys his big personality and southern charm. Click apply to start the adoption process.
