JD is a lovable 9-year-old tripod American Staffordshire Terrier who adores people, especially kids. He's a chill guy who spends his days hanging out with an 11-year-old and a 16-year-old, greeting every visitor like an old friend. Though he doesn’t seek out dog playmates, he remains polite around them and currently lives contentedly with two cats. Fully house trained, JD travels well in the car but needs a bit of help getting in and out. His walks are limited to short strolls around the neighborhood, and he walks nicely on a leash. Due to some mobility challenges, he struggles with stairs without assistance, but he still enjoys being part of household activities. JD is seeking a comfortable home where he can keep things low-key and enjoy the companionship of loving humans. He thrives on affection and would do best in a space without stairs, allowing him to relax and take in the joys of life at his own pace.
