Meet Buddy! This young Foxhound mix is embarking on a new chapter of life after coming to Safe Haven as a stray. Buddy arrived severely underweight, and we can only imagine the challenges he faced before finding safety. Now that he’s settling in, he’s starting to realize what it means to be loved and cared for without the stress of survival. Buddy is still getting to know his surroundings and discovering how to simply be a dog. Our main goal is to build his confidence and show him that he can trust his new home. He deserves regular meals, cozy naps, and plenty of gentle guidance as he adjusts to his new life. As we continue to learn more about his personality, we want to provide him with the nurturing environment he needs to thrive.
