Meet Willow! This 7-8 month old female Beagle mix weighs around 15 pounds. She arrived from down south quite frightened and nervous, likely due to her past experiences. Thankfully, she’s showing progress! Willow has transformed in just a few days; her excited tail wags and eagerness for affection are heartwarming. She’s doing exceptionally well with potty training and has never had an accident indoors. Sleeping soundly through the night in her crate is another plus. While she’s adjusting to the hustle and bustle of a home with children and a big resident dog, she’s gradually becoming braver. You might spot her playing in the yard with her furry friend! Toys are still a work in progress, but she enjoys chewing on small bones. A few walks have shown us Willow can be easily startled by loud noises or fast movements, but she’s learning to embrace her sweet and affectionate nature.
