Initially uncertain in her new foster home, she has settled in nicely and now enjoys basking in the sunlight just like she used to. She seeks a permanent home where she can relax on sofa corners or snuggle against your legs. Sophie is low energy but loves to follow you around, curious about your activities. While she may not be a lap kitty, her affection shines through with her delightful head butts and leg rubs. Favorite pastimes include playing with feather wand toys and hair ties. She thrives in smaller spaces, making her perfect for apartment living. In a larger home, she’ll still seek you out for companionship. Occasionally, she surprises her foster family by napping in new spots, seemingly disappearing for hours. Sophie gets along well with dogs but prefers to be the only cat due to her past experiences, which have left her with some PTSD. This lovely girl, with her mesmerizing green eyes and soft coat, would be a wonderful companion for a single person or a gentle family with older kids.
