About Help Harper

Meet Help Harper. Harper has been waiting inside a shelter since June 18th, over three long months. While other dogs have found families and gone home, she remains, overlooked time and again. At just 2 years old and 42 pounds, Harper is bursting with love and has no reason to still be waiting. She’s heartworm negative, adores other dogs, and is friendly with people; she didn’t even flinch while walking past cats. By all accounts, she appears housebroken and is described as a gentle girl. There’s nothing wrong with Harper; she’s simply been let down by fate, watching the doors open for others. As one of the longest-staying dogs, each day brings more confusion as to why she hasn’t been chosen. Harper deserves someone to finally say, "Your turn." It’s time for her freedom ride and a forever home she’s waited months to find. Please don’t let her story continue in this way. Harper needs help now.
