About Willow
Meet Willow! This 2-year-old spayed Lab/hound mix is a 65-pound sweetheart being fostered in Houston, Texas, and sheβs ready for her forever home. Willow is a laid-back companion who truly enjoys spending quiet days lounging on the couch. She loves short walks, playing with her toys, and spending time with people who give her the space she needs to feel comfortable. Initially shy, she opens up with patience and understanding, and once she trusts you, expect some lovely cuddles in return. As an easygoing housemate, Willow is housebroken and can be trusted alone while you're outβno need for a crate! Her low exercise requirements make her perfect for a relaxed lifestyle. However, she still needs a calm environment to build her confidence. Willow can be nervous around new people, new dogs, and car rides, requiring controlled introductions. A home with older, dog-savvy kids (12+) or adults is ideal for her. If you're ready for a quieter companionship and have the patience to help a shy dog settle in, Willow may be the perfect fit.
