About Lyla
Meet Lyla! This delightful and energetic soul has been with us since June, and it's hard to believe she hasn't found her forever family yet! At 11 years young, you’d never guess her age. Lyla is a resilient girl who has had four carcinomas removed, all with clean margins, and she didn't slow down at all. In fact, she managed to find her way out of a difficult situation with grace. A third-party trainer evaluated her, revealing that she prefers the company of older dogs over high-energy pups. Lyla is quite opinionated; she likes to make the rules and knows what she wants. Her leash manners are exceptional, and she loves going for walks, making her a great companion for anyone looking to explore new trails together. Lyla’s adoption fee of $275 includes her spay, vaccinations, and testing for heartworm and other tick-borne diseases. There are just so many wonderful things to say about this sweet, loving, and bubbly lady, embodying sophistication in her own unique way. She’s a piece of life you won’t want to miss out on! If you think Lyla could be the right fit for you, reach out to the Blackstone Regional Animal Shelter at 508-883-BVAC (2822) to schedule a meet and greet. Feel free to apply in advance to speed up the process. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
