About Phil

Meet Phil! This striking 2-year-old black and white cat features bright yellow-green eyes and unique markings that set him apart. His playful personality shines as he rolls over and explores the world around him. Recently rescued from life on the streets, Phil is now thriving in his foster home, where he's found a favorite spot—his foster mom's lap, where he feels safe and content. Phil enjoys playing, but with so many other cats around, he can feel a bit overwhelmed; he would likely thrive as the only cat in a quieter home. Notably, he gets along well with children and dogs, making him a versatile companion. Phil has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, plus he has tested negative for FeLV/FIV. If you're in search of a sweet, interactive friend who will add joy to your home, Phil could be the match you're looking for! Phil is currently being fostered in Brighton, TN. His adoption fee is $200, which includes a health certificate and transport to New England. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
