About Gilly

Gilly, affectionately known as Silly Gilly, is eager to find his forever home. This 5-year-old shepherd mix brings a spirited personality along with his love for swimming and adventure, always ready to share cuddles at the end of the day. Weighing in at 63 lbs, Gilly balances fun and affection perfectly. He’s dependable when given freedom in the house overnight and has mastered being free-roaming indoors. While he’ll happily go to his kennel when asked, his exuberant vocalizations make him best suited for homes without apartments. Gilly is also potty trained, crate trained, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative. He enjoys the company of female dogs, including playful puppies, and small male dogs when introduced properly. Tug-of-war is his favorite game, so he’s always up for some action. However, he doesn’t do well with cats or large male dogs and would thrive in an adult-only home. Gilly has been overlooked for too long and truly deserves a loving family. Could you be the one to give him the home he longs for? What are you waiting for? Apply today!
