About Katrina

Meet Katrina, a spirited 6.5-year-old Pit Bull Terrier living in Dallas, TX. This vibrant lady has soft, short fur in a beautiful yellow tan hue and the kind of hazel eyes that captivate anyone who meets her. Katrina has a charming personality and a unique standard for her living space—she enjoys lounging in her clean bed with paws crossed, making sure she’s comfortable before drifting off into dreamland. Katrina loves her walks, but she prefers them to be manageable rather than marathon-length. Attentive and well-mannered on a leash, she appreciates occasional breaks and the chance to explore her surroundings. Her love for treats, food, and durable toys is unmatched; she’s a confident chewer and prefers toys that can withstand her gnaws. While she adores affection and cuddles, she values her personal space and isn’t keen on being forced into snuggles. Though a bit selective about her canine friends and often prefers being the sole recipient of attention, Katrina can adapt to having siblings if introduced properly. She enjoys the company of children and is known to show occasional jealousy when she feels overlooked in favor of her furry housemates. Health-wise, Katrina is currently undergoing treatment for heartworms but is stable and responding well to her care regimen. She also has seasonal allergies, but her current owner provides great care with baths and vet visits. Katrina is house trained and ready to bring joy into the right home. With her sweet nature, she is excited to share her love with you. Ready to meet her new best friend? Apply now!
